Aproximadamente 6 de cada 10 empleos (el 58.2%) en  la Rep\u00fablica Dominicana son informales, seg\u00fan estad\u00edsticas de la Encuesta Nacional Continua de Fuerza de Trabajo (ENCFT) elaborada por el Banco Central de la Rep\u00fablica Dominicana (BCRD). Al comparar la informalidad total del tercer trimestre del a\u00f1o en curso con la del mismo trimestre de 2017 se puede apreciar que aument\u00f3 de 58.1% a 58.2%.  El BCRD define la informalidad total como todos los ocupados asalariados del sector informal, el servicio dom\u00e9stico y los ocupados informales fuera del sector informal. Desde el tercer trimestre del 2014 hasta el tercer trimestre del 2018, la tasa de informalidad promedio fue de 57.9% de los ocupados. <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n
