La distorsi\u00f3n que introduce el esquema de salarios m\u00ednimos vigentes se debe a que una misma persona puede percibir una remuneraci\u00f3n m\u00e1s alta o m\u00e1s baja dependiendo de la industria en la que se encuentre el empleador o por los activos de la empresa de este \u00faltimo, pero no por la productividad que aporte. Cabe resaltar que la distinci\u00f3n de salarios m\u00ednimos por el tama\u00f1o de los activos es una medida que, unida a todos los altos costos estructurales existentes en la econom\u00eda puede desincentivar la inversi\u00f3n privada, ya que incrementar los activos de las empresas a trav\u00e9s de inversiones acarrea un aumento en el valor de las obligaciones laborales que tiene un empleador.
