La calificaci\u00f3n obtenida por RD de 0.38, la coloca muy por debajo de pa\u00edses como Panam\u00e1 (0.68), Uruguay (0.55) y Chile (0.55).<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<div
