Los intereses como porcentaje del gasto total han presentado un aumento continuo desde el a\u00f1o 2000. Para el 2014 ya hab\u00edan aumentado en 9.2 puntos porcentuales (PP); En el 2014 representaron el 14.0% del gasto total, mientras en el 2000 solamente eran el 4.8% de \u00e9ste. Este aumento de los intereses como porcentaje del gastos total limita los fondos disponibles del Gobierno para cumplir con las funciones que necesita una sociedad para tener un clima de prosperidad y cooperaci\u00f3n: proveer seguridad a sus ciudadanos, mantener el orden y hacer cumplir las leyes.<\/span><\/p>\n<div class=\"pvc_clear\"><\/div>\n<p class=\"pvc_stats all \" data-element-id=\"19186\"
