Las MIPYMES, seg\u00fan el informe <a href=\"http:\/\/fondomicro.org\/serve\/listfile_download.aspx?id=883&amp;num=1\">&ldquo;Micro, Peque\u00f1as y Medianas Empresas en la Rep\u00fablica Dominicana 2013&rdquo;<\/a> preparado por FondoMicro, abarcan a todas las unidades no agr\u00edcolas de producci\u00f3n, comercio o servicios, con un n\u00famero de entre 1 a 150 empleados permanentes. Se observa que las MIPYMES generaron un valor agregado equivalente al 38.6% (RD$ 987.0 mil millones) del PIB de la Rep\u00fablica Dominicana en 2013. Las MIPYMES no registradas (informales) generaron RD$ 314.5 mil millones (12.3% del PIB) y las MIPYMES registradas (formales) generaron RD$ 672.5 mil millones (26.3%). El valor agregado generados por las MIPYMES fue m\u00e1s de dos veces el valor agregado de las MIPYMES no registradas. Cabe destacar que las MIPYMES registradas legalmente representaron s\u00f3lo el 12.4% de todas las MIPYMES existentes en 2013. La alta informalidad que exhiben las MIPYMES en la Rep\u00fablica Dominicana, debida a los numerosos tramites legales, los altos costos impositivos y los costos de regulaci\u00f3n del marco institucional del pa\u00eds, impide a las MIPYMES no registradas alcanzar los niveles de productividad que presentan las MIPYMES registradas. Un ejemplo de las diferencias que se presentan entre las MIPYMES registradas y no registradas es el acceso al cr\u00e9dito desde la banca privada. Las MIPYMES registradas legalmente pueden acceder con mayor facilidad al cr\u00e9dito, lo cual les permite adquirir bienes de capital para aumentar la productividad de sus empleados y, por consiguiente, aumentar los salarios pagados a \u00e9stos.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<div class=\"pvc_clear\"><\/div>\n<p class=\"pvc_stats all \" data-element-id=\"19193\" style=\"\"><i
