Estas estad\u00edsticas son recopiladas por la <a href=\"https:\/\/www.wto.org\/spanish\/res_s\/statis_s\/short_term_stats_s.htm\">Organizaci\u00f3n Mundial del Comercio (OMC)<\/a> de manera frecuente. Como se observa, luego de la Recesi\u00f3n experimentada entre 2007 y 2009, las exportaciones mundiales se reducen significativamente: a enero de 2009 estas hab\u00edan experimentado una reducci\u00f3n interanual de 30%. Las exportaciones mundiales retomaron su crecimiento hasta volvieron a decrecer significativamente a finales de 2014; manteni\u00e9ndose esta tendencia hasta la fecha. Entre algunas de las causas que pueden haber causado la disminuci\u00f3n de las exportaciones mundiales est\u00e1n: 1) la apreciaci\u00f3n experimentada por el d\u00f3lar desde finales de 2014; y, 2) la disminuci\u00f3n en los precios de los commodities (principales materias primas), especialmente del petr\u00f3leo.
