La Rep\u00fablica Dominicana es el segundo pa\u00eds de la regi\u00f3n con m\u00e1s legisladores por mill\u00f3n de habitantes: 22.2, siendo m\u00e1s del 74.2% mayor al promedio de Am\u00e9rica Latina, que registra 12.8 legisladores por mill\u00f3n de habitantes. Uruguay fue el pa\u00eds con mayor cantidad de legisladores por mill\u00f3n de habitantes con 38.1 legisladores, mientras que Brasil el de menor cantidad con tan solo 2.9 legisladores.
