Entre 1991 y 2015, promedio, los gastos y los ingresos reales crecieron interanualmente 11.7% y 11.1%, respectivamente.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size:12px;\"><span style=\"font-family:verdana,geneva,sans-serif;\">El incremento del gasto por encima del de los ingresos es el factor principal para la generaci\u00f3n de d\u00e9ficits presupuestario del Gobierno Central. Entre el 2000 y el 2015, se han registrado d\u00e9ficits fiscales durante todos los a\u00f1os con la excepci\u00f3n del a\u00f1o 2007. La consecuencia inmediata de los d\u00e9ficits fiscales es la generaci\u00f3n de una nueva deuda p\u00fablica.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<div class=\"pvc_clear\"><\/div>\n<p class=\"pvc_stats all \"
