El \u00cdndice de Doing Business mide las condiciones de regulaci\u00f3n comercial y sus implicaciones para el establecimiento de una empresa y el buen manejo de sus operaciones. Se puede observar, que en la regi\u00f3n de Am\u00e9rica Latina con las mayores puntuaciones se encuentran liderando M\u00e9xico (72.27), Chile (71.22) y Per\u00fa (69.45). Por otro lado, con las menores puntuaciones se encuentran Hait\u00ed (38.24) y Venezuela (30.87), claramente explicado por la deteriorada situaci\u00f3n socioecon\u00f3mica e institucional que existen en ambos pa\u00edses. La Rep\u00fablica Dominicana aument\u00f3 su posici\u00f3n relativa respecto al 2017, ubic\u00e1ndose ligeramente por encima del promedio de la regi\u00f3n, que como pudimos en la gr\u00e1fica del d\u00eda &ldquo;<a href=\"http:\/\/crees.org.do\/es\/gr%C3%A1fica-del-d%C3%ADa-variaci%C3%B3n-en-las-posiciones-de-los-indicadores-del-%C3%ADndice-de-doing-business-en-la\"><em>Variaci\u00f3n en las posiciones de los indicadores del \u00cdndice de Doing Business en la Rep\u00fablica Dominicana (2017-2018<\/em><\/a><em>)<\/em><em>&rdquo;<\/em>, estuvo explicado principalmente por la mejora en la obtenci\u00f3n de electricidad. En general, tanto la Rep\u00fablica Dominicana, que solo tuvo mejoras en 3 indicadores de 11 que definen el \u00edndice, &nbsp;como la mayor\u00eda de los pa\u00edses latinoamericanos deber\u00edan de hacer esfuerzos por mejorar el entorno de hacer negocios; ya que entre el informe de 2017 y 2018, s\u00f3lo 4 pa\u00edses mejoraron su posici\u00f3n relativa, destacando principalmente a El Salvador,
