Ley de Recapitalizaci\u00f3n (167-07), establece el monto, en t\u00e9rminos del Producto Interno Bruto (PIB), que debe transferir el Gobierno Central al BCRD para su recapitalizaci\u00f3n, debido a las medidas tomadas por el BCRD durante la Crisis Financiera del 2003 que resultaron en significativos d\u00e9ficits cuasi-fiscales. Seg\u00fan esta Ley, en dicho per\u00edodo el Gobierno Central debi\u00f3 transferir al BCRD un total de RD$237,639.7 millones de pesos, para cubrir los costos de las pol\u00edticas monetarias aplicadas durante la Crisis Financiera Local de 2003. Sin embargo, el Gobierno Central solo transfiri\u00f3 RD$131,475.2 millones, es decir, el 55.3% de lo que debi\u00f3 transferir.&nbsp;<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<div class=\"pvc_clear\"><\/div>\n<p
