La mayor parte del incremento experimentado por las transferencias corrientes, se deben a los subsidios del Gobierno Central al sector el\u00e9ctrico, en especial, a las distribuidoras de energ\u00eda. En los \u00faltimos 10 a\u00f1os, las transferencias corrientes del Gobierno Central al sector p\u00fablico se han incrementado cerca de un 45.4%. Entre los a\u00f1os 2015 y 2016, las transferencias corrientes disminuyeron&nbsp; respecto a los a\u00f1os anteriores fruto de una baja considerable en los precios internacionales del barril de petr\u00f3leo.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size:12px;\"><span style=\"font-family:verdana,geneva,sans-serif;\">Las transferencias corrientes continuar\u00e1n representando un importante componente del gasto p\u00fablico hasta que no se plantee una soluci\u00f3n al problema de la comercializaci\u00f3n de la electricidad, ya que las transferencias al sector el\u00e9ctrico fueron, en promedio, el 23.5% de las transferencias corrientes en entre 2006 y 2016. Por lo anterior, consideramos necesaria una reforma del sector el\u00e9ctrico para fortalecer la supervisi\u00f3n y despolitizar la parte comercial del sistema el\u00e9ctrico, incluyendo el establecimiento de las tarifas y el cobro de la energ\u00eda facturada.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<div class=\"pvc_clear\"><\/div>\n<p class=\"pvc_stats all \" data-element-id=\"19876\" style=\"\"><i
