En promedio, los mercados emergentes tuvieron un gasto en intereses de 9.7% de los&nbsp; ingresos totales; mientras que en la Rep\u00fablica Dominicana este porcentaje asciende a 20.2%. &nbsp;A medida que se emite m\u00e1s deuda, aumenta los montos que se pagan en los intereses de las mismas. Una de las principales causas del aumento de la deuda en Rep\u00fablica Dominicana, se debe a los constantes d\u00e9ficits fiscales. Por esto, desde CREES se propone una la Ley de Responsabilidad y Transparencia Fiscal, a fin de garantizar la sostenibilidad fiscal a largo plazo. En adici\u00f3n, es importante mencionar que para hacer m\u00e1s factible la comparaci\u00f3n, se utilizaron los ingresos tributarios totales, pero un mejor indicador sobre el peso de la deuda en las finanzas p\u00fablicas es el pago de intereses sobre los ingresos tributarios. Los ingresos tributarios comprenden \u00fanicamente los ingresos recaudados por impuestos por parte del Estado y, adem\u00e1s, no incluyen otros ingresos coyunturales como, por ejemplo, las donaciones y otros ingresos extraordinarios.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<div class=\"pvc_clear\"><\/div>\n<p class=\"pvc_stats all \" data-element-id=\"19946\" style=\"\"><i class=\"pvc-stats-icon
