Los otros cuatro pa\u00edses que obtuvieron las puntuaciones m\u00e1s altas fueron: Finlandia (81.0), Singapur (80.7), Pa\u00edses Bajos (77.9), y Suiza (77.1). En cambio, los pa\u00edses que obtuvieron las menores puntuaciones fueron: Rep\u00fablica del Congo (36.0), El Chad (34.6), Hait\u00ed (32.9), Rep\u00fablica del Yemen (29.5) y por \u00faltimo Venezuela (27.3). Las instituciones son el conjunto de condiciones que determinan la manera como se llevan a cabo las diferentes actividades de la vida en sociedad; son las reglas de juego en lo econ\u00f3mico, lo pol\u00edtico y lo social. Rep\u00fablica Dominicana obtuvo una calificaci\u00f3n de 48.5, ocupando el puesto 99 de 140 pa\u00edses, lo que indica que nuestras instituciones son muy d\u00e9biles.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p
