Infringen las normativas de circulaci\u00f3n y atentan contra la libre competencia imponiendo tarifas y tasas.&nbsp;<\/span><br style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-family: Arial, Helvetica, Garuda, sans-serif; line-height: 20px; background-color: rgb(255, 255, 255);\" \/><br style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-family: Arial, Helvetica, Garuda, sans-serif; line-height: 20px; background-color: rgb(255, 255, 255);\" \/><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0); line-height: 20px; background-color: rgb(255, 255, 255);\">Pero si lo hacen es porque los gobiernos lo han permitido. De esta connivencia entre pol\u00edticos y transportistas hay un perdedor: el pueblo.<\/span><br style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-family: Arial, Helvetica, Garuda, sans-serif; line-height: 20px; background-color: rgb(255, 255, 255);\" \/><br style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-family: Arial, Helvetica, Garuda, sans-serif; line-height: 20px; background-color: rgb(255, 255, 255);\" \/><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0); line-height: 20px; background-color: rgb(255, 255, 255);\">El transporte p\u00fablico est\u00e1 organizado en base a rutas que son caras, ineficientes, inseguras, contaminantes y lentas. Como empresas, son una anomal\u00eda: act\u00faan como un monopolio aparentemente deficitario, y aunque son empresas privadas los contribuyentes pagamos las flotas de veh\u00edculos con asombrosa regularidad y contribuimos a pagar su combustible. Y por el mal humor que despliegan, los due\u00f1os del negocio deben estar estafando a sus &quot;asociados&quot;, los choferes.<\/span><br style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-family: Arial, Helvetica, Garuda, sans-serif; line-height: 20px; background-color: rgb(255, 255, 255);\" \/><br style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-family: Arial, Helvetica, Garuda, sans-serif; line-height: 20px; background-color: rgb(255, 255, 255);\" \/><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0); line-height: 20px; background-color: rgb(255, 255, 255);\">&iexcl;Hay que insistir! Problemas que entendemos estructurales no son m\u00e1s que una irresponsabilidad de las autoridades.
