Explic\u00f3 que cuando a ese 49% se le agrega la transferencia a los subsidios el\u00e9ctrico sube a m\u00e1s de 50%. Indic\u00f3 que el pago para el servicio de los intereses no debe pasar de un 15% y en la actualidad es de casi 18%.<\/span><br style=\"color: rgb(65, 65, 65); font-family: Arial, Helvetica, legislaciones propias de pa\u00edses que se han desarrollado.<\/span><br style=\"color: rgb(65, 65, 65); font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 13px; -webkit-text-size-adjust: none; 249, 249); \" \/><span style=\"color: rgb(65, 65, 65); -webkit-text-size-adjust: none; \">Indic\u00f3 que se busca evitar lo que ha venido aconteciendo en el pa\u00eds durante los \u00faltimos a\u00f1os, excepto en el 2007, que el pa\u00eds ha tenido d\u00e9ficit fiscal.<\/span><br style=\"color: rgb(65, 65, 65); font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 13px; incrementado en un 840% en t\u00e9rminos nominales y casi se ha triplicado en t\u00e9rminos reales y que la deuda se ha incrementado en 567%.<\/span><br style=\"color: rgb(65, 65, 65); font-family:
