Como parte del conjunto de reformas estructurales proponemos que se incluya una adecuaci\u00f3n del C\u00f3digo de Trabajo a una nueva realidad internacional bajo tratados de libre comercio que no exist\u00edan al momento de entrar en vigencia el c\u00f3digo actual&rdquo;, expresaron los especialistas de CREES.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 10px; color: rgb(51, 51, 51); line-height: 18px; background-color: rgb(255, 255, 255); text-align: justify; \"><span style=\"font-family:verdana,geneva,sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12px; \"><b>Panelistas<\/b><br \/>En la conferencia disertaron como invitados internacionales Jos\u00e9 Pi\u00f1era, quien fuera ministro de Trabajo y Previsi\u00f3n Social de Chile (1978-1981); tambi\u00e9n fue ministro de Miner\u00eda de ese pa\u00eds (1981-1984), as\u00ed como tambi\u00e9n Jos\u00e9 Armando Caro Figueroa, quien fue ministro de Trabajo y Seguridad Social (1985-87 y 1993-97) de Argentina; adem\u00e1s, fue asesor del sindicato m\u00e1s importante de Espa\u00f1a, la UGT (1976-1983) y asesor del gobierno de Felipe Gonz\u00e1lez (1983-84). Caro Figueroa lleg\u00f3 a ser vice jefe de Gabinete y candidato a la Vicepresidencia de Argentina, quienes expusieron acerca de las experiencias en sus respectivos pa\u00edses, entre
