margin-bottom: 0px; outline: none; list-style: none; border: 0px none; color: rgb(20, 20, 20); font-family: 'Open Sans'; font-size: 16px; line-height: 24px; text-align: justify; background-color: rgb(255, 255, 255);\"><span style=\"font-size:12px;\"><span style=\"font-family:verdana,geneva,sans-serif;\">A su parecer, una verdadera reforma fiscal integral debe orientarse a limitar el crecimiento del gasto p\u00fablico, revisar en lo que se est\u00e1 gastando y c\u00f3mo se gasta, restringir los d\u00e9ficits fiscales, poner un techo al nivel de endeudamiento p\u00fablico y revisar \u00edntegramente el c\u00f3digo tributario dominicano.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"padding: 0px 0px 1em; margin-bottom: 0px; outline: none; list-style: none; border: 0px none; color: rgb(20, 20, 20); font-family: 'Open Sans'; font-size: 16px; line-height: 24px; text-align: justify; background-color: rgb(255, 255, 255);\"><span style=\"font-size:12px;\"><span style=\"font-family:verdana,geneva,sans-serif;\">Recuerda que desde hace mucho tiempo viene proponiendo un proyecto de Ley de Responsabilidad y Transparencia Fiscal junto con la Fundaci\u00f3n Institucionalidad y Justicia (Finjus), a fin de enfrentar los primeros cuatro puntos concernientes al gasto p\u00fablico.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"padding: 0px 0px 1em; margin-bottom: 0px; outline: none; list-style: none; border: 0px none; color: rgb(20, 20, 20); font-family: 'Open Sans'; font-size: 16px; line-height: 24px; text-align: justify; background-color: rgb(255, 255, 255);\"><span style=\"font-size:12px;\"><span style=\"font-family:verdana,geneva,sans-serif;\">Por otro lado, el CREES ha propuesto una reforma integral al c\u00f3digo tributario, con la colaboraci\u00f3n del reconocido experto tributario Francisco Canahuate, que busca simplificar el sistema impositivo, ampliar las bases tributarias y reducir las tasas de impuestos para generar mayor actividad econ\u00f3mica dentro de la formalidad.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"padding: 0px 0px 1em; margin-bottom: 0px; outline: none; list-style: none; border: 0px none; color: rgb(20, 20, 20); font-family: 'Open Sans'; font-size: 16px; line-height: 24px; text-align: justify; background-color: rgb(255, 255, 255);\"><span style=\"font-size:12px;\"><span style=\"font-family:verdana,geneva,sans-serif;\">&ldquo;Esta combinaci\u00f3n de factores implicar\u00eda mayores recaudaciones para el fisco. Ambos proyectos de ley servir\u00edan como los pilares del Pacto Fiscal pendiente&rdquo;, sostiene la instituci\u00f3n.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"padding: 0px 0px 1em; margin-bottom: 0px; outline: none; list-style: none; border: 0px none; color: rgb(20, 20, 20); font-family: 'Open Sans'; font-size: 16px; line-height: 24px; text-align: justify; background-color: rgb(255, 255, 255);\"><span style=\"font-size:12px;\"><span style=\"font-family:verdana,geneva,sans-serif;\">Para el CREES, los resultados de la ejecuci\u00f3n presupuestaria del gobierno central durante el primer trimestre de este a\u00f1o generan preocupaciones por el alto d\u00e9ficit que presenta. &ldquo;No permitamos que la sal cueste m\u00e1s que el chivo&rdquo;, concluye.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<h2 style=\"padding: 0px; margin-top: 25px; margin-bottom: 10px; outline: none; list-style: none; border: 0px none; font-weight: normal; font-size: 30px; line-height: 1em; font-family: Helvetica; color: rgb(20, 20, 20); text-align: justify; background-color: rgb(255, 255, 255);\"><span style=\"font-size:12px;\"><span style=\"font-family:verdana,geneva,sans-serif;\">D\u00e9ficit del trimestre<\/span><\/span><\/h2>\n<p style=\"padding: 0px 0px 1em; margin-bottom: 0px; outline: none; list-style: none; border: 0px none; color: rgb(20, 20, 20); font-family: 'Open Sans'; font-size: 16px; line-height: 24px; text-align: justify; background-color: rgb(255, 255, 255);\"><span style=\"font-size:12px;\"><span style=\"font-family:verdana,geneva,sans-serif;\">Seg\u00fan el an\u00e1lisis del CREES, el d\u00e9ficit del gobierno central se cifra en aproximadamente RD$29,500 millones, casi el 40% del total del d\u00e9ficit fiscal que se incluy\u00f3 en el Presupuesto del Estado 2016.
