del a\u00f1o 2003 y los prestamos para el financiamiento del d\u00e9ficit fiscal.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size:12px;\"><span style=\"font-family: verdana,geneva,sans-serif;\">Esto hace que el Gobierno &ldquo;actualmente sea el sector m\u00e1s vulnerable de la econom\u00eda&rdquo;, seg\u00fan un documento de trabajo preparado por t\u00e9cnicos del Fondo Monetario Internacional (FMI).<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size:12px;\"><span style=\"font-family: verdana,geneva,sans-serif;\">El informe, que no necesariamente representa la posici\u00f3n del organismo, fue elaborado por Jos\u00e9 Saboin y Svetlana Cerovic, una de las economistas que integra la misi\u00f3n del FMI que actualmente est\u00e1 en el pa\u00eds evaluando la econom\u00eda.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size:12px;\"><span style=\"font-family: verdana,geneva,sans-serif;\">Pensiones financia Estado<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size:12px;\"><span style=\"font-family: verdana,geneva,sans-serif;\">La investigaci\u00f3n se\u00f1ala que las principales fuentes de financiamiento del Gobierno han sido los bancos comerciales y los fondos de pensiones.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size:12px;\"><span style=\"font-family: verdana,geneva,sans-serif;\">Los pr\u00e9stamos en el mercado local incrementaron entre 2008 y 2009, cuando las condiciones externas eran desfavorables por la crisis financiera internacional.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size:12px;\"><span style=\"font-family: verdana,geneva,sans-serif;\">La posici\u00f3n financiera neta del Gobierno mejor\u00f3 entre 2010 y 2011, pero volvi\u00f3 a empeorar en 2012 con un notable incremento del d\u00e9ficit, lo que deriv\u00f3 en una expansi\u00f3n del financiamiento en moneda extranjera.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size:12px;\"><span style=\"font-family: verdana,geneva,sans-serif;\">El documento de trabajo apunta que adem\u00e1s de los pr\u00e9stamos externos, el pa\u00eds ha logrado atraer importantes recursos a trav\u00e9s de bonos soberanos, tantos que para esa fecha, el 55 % de la deuda total del Gobierno estaba en manos de no residentes.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<div
