Cuando se anunci\u00f3, hace un a\u00f1o, el sector empresarial amparado por los incentivos de esa Ley 557-07 indic\u00f3 que el anticipo en el cobro del ITBIS afectaba su competitividad y su flujo de caja.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 14px; color: rgb(51, 51, 51); line-height: 20px; margin-top: 10px; margin-bottom: 10px; text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size:12px;\"><span style=\"font-family:verdana,geneva,sans-serif;\">Otro de los cambios incluidos en el Presupuesto General 2018 es el adelanto del cobro de los RD$2 por gal\u00f3n de la gasolina y gasoil, regular y premium, al momento de la importaci\u00f3n, dejando tambi\u00e9n sobre los hombros de la DGA la recaudaci\u00f3n de estos recursos que hasta este a\u00f1o fueron responsabilidad de la Direcci\u00f3n General de Impuestos Internos (DGII).<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 14px; color: rgb(51, 51, 51); line-height: 20px; margin-top: 10px; margin-bottom: 10px; text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size:12px;\"><span style=\"font-family:verdana,geneva,sans-serif;\">Si bien los datos contenidos en el proyecto presupuestario no precisan el impacto sobre los ingresos fiscales que se registrar\u00e1n con estos cambios, parte del aumento de la presi\u00f3n tributaria esperado para 2018 llega por medio del ITBIS y del cobro de impuestos por hidrocarburos.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 14px; color: rgb(51, 51, 51); line-height: 20px; margin-top: 10px; margin-bottom: 10px; text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size:12px;\"><span style=\"font-family:verdana,geneva,sans-serif;\">Para el a\u00f1o 2018, las autoridades calculan que lograr\u00e1n incrementar de 14% a 14.5% del Producto Interno Bruto (PIB) el nivel de recaudaci\u00f3n. Pero, desde el CREES, Collado estima que los ingresos previstos para el pr\u00f3ximo a\u00f1o se est\u00e1n sobreestimando.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<div class=\"insert_title\" style=\"font-family: griffithgothicblack; font-size: 18px; color: rgb(62, 90, 114); margin: 0px 0px 12px; text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size:12px;\"><span style=\"font-family:verdana,geneva,sans-serif;\">Cuentas por pagar suben 122%<\/span><\/span><\/div>\n<div class=\"insert_Image\" style=\"float: left; margin: 0px !important; text-align: justify;\">&nbsp;<\/div>\n<div class=\"insert_text\" style=\"font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 14px; color: rgb(51, 51, 51); line-height: 20px; margin: 10px 0px; font-style: italic;\">\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size:12px;\"><span style=\"font-family:verdana,geneva,sans-serif;\">Desde el CREES se\u00f1alan que, adem\u00e1s de un c\u00e1lculo poco realista del Presupuesto 2018, hay menos transparencia en la presentaci\u00f3n de las cuentas. Miguel Collado advirti\u00f3 que, no s\u00f3lo no se especifica cu\u00e1nto se invertir\u00e1 en la construcci\u00f3n de Punta Catalina, sino que hay una creciente partida de cuentas por pagar que se coloca fuera de la cuenta de gastos. El economista senior del CREES explic\u00f3 que para este a\u00f1o esa deuda a proveedores, contratistas y otros gastos no saldados se estim\u00f3 en unos RD$26,000 millones, pero para 2018 ser\u00e1n RD$57,917.1 millones, 122% m\u00e1s de un &ldquo;gasto que no se quiere registrar como tal&rdquo;, dijo.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<div class=\"pvc_clear\"><\/div>\n<p
