Vivimos en una pseudodemocracia: Aunque hemos superado las tiran\u00edas, disfrutamos de una pseudodemocracia, es decir en una democracia de mala calidad. No obstante, la Constituci\u00f3n consagre el respeto a las libertades y los derechos fundamentales, con la suspensi\u00f3n de las elecciones se desconoci\u00f3 el sagrado derecho del pueblo a elegir en el tiempo que lo estipula la Carta Magna.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"box-sizing: border-box; margin-bottom: 26px; font-family: Roboto; font-size: 18px; line-height: 27px; overflow-wrap: break-word; color: rgb(34, 34, 34); background-color: rgb(255, 255, 255); text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size:12px;\"><span style=\"font-family:verdana,geneva,sans-serif;\">Pero tambi\u00e9n se est\u00e1 vulnerando con represi\u00f3n, el derecho a la expresi\u00f3n de j\u00f3venes que protestan frente a la JCE indignados por la actuaci\u00f3n de dicho estamento.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"box-sizing: border-box; margin-bottom: 26px; font-family: Roboto; font-size: 18px; line-height: 27px; overflow-wrap: break-word; color: rgb(34, 34, 34); background-color: rgb(255, 255, 255); text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size:12px;\"><span style=\"font-family:verdana,geneva,sans-serif;\">2. Debilidad institucional: Pese a todas las pruebas realizadas previamente a las elecciones, la Junta Central Electoral no pudo prever o controlar una situaci\u00f3n que puso en riesgo, no s\u00f3lo el sistema electoral sino la paz y la cohesi\u00f3n social en el pa\u00eds.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"box-sizing: border-box; margin-bottom: 26px; font-family: Roboto; font-size: 18px; line-height: 27px; overflow-wrap: break-word; color: rgb(34, 34, 34); background-color: rgb(255, 255, 255); text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size:12px;\"><span style=\"font-family:verdana,geneva,sans-serif;\">3. Rol fuerzas pol\u00edticas: Frente a la crisis, las fuerzas pol\u00edticas en contienda, m\u00e1s que aportar soluciones, exhibieron un triunfalismo preocupante que contrastaba con el m\u00ednimo del 12% de municipios operando votaciones al momento de la suspensi\u00f3n y se acusaron entre s\u00ed de manipular el proceso electoral.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"box-sizing: border-box; margin-bottom: 26px; font-family: Roboto; font-size: 18px; line-height: 27px; overflow-wrap: break-word; color: rgb(34, 34, 34); background-color: rgb(255, 255, 255); text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size:12px;\"><span style=\"font-family:verdana,geneva,sans-serif;\">4. Efectos econ\u00f3micos: Seg\u00fan los an\u00e1lisis econ\u00f3micos posteriores al domingo, suspender las elecciones tiene repercusiones econ\u00f3micas para el pa\u00eds por los gastos que implica realizar una nueva elecci\u00f3n, y, como dice Ernesto Selman, por las incertidumbres que se generan que afectan la percepci\u00f3n del riesgo pa\u00eds, el clima de negocios y las inversiones.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"box-sizing: border-box; margin-bottom: 26px; font-family: Roboto; font-size: 18px; line-height: 27px; overflow-wrap: break-word; color: rgb(34, 34, 34); background-color: rgb(255, 255, 255); text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size:12px;\"><span style=\"font-family:verdana,geneva,sans-serif;\">5. Civismo del pueblo: A diferencia de otros contextos en los que situaciones similares comprometen el orden p\u00fablico y la paz social, el pueblo dominicano mantuvo la cordura propia de una naci\u00f3n pac\u00edfica que apuesta siempre por la armon\u00eda y la esperanza, aunque el panorama luzca aterrador.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<div class=\"pvc_clear\"><\/div>\n<p class=\"pvc_stats all
