De aqu\u00ed a diciembre se tendr\u00e1 que emitir unos US$4,200 millones de deuda adicionales que se est\u00e1n requiriendo para poder financiar el presupuesto&rdquo;, dijo.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"box-sizing: border-box; margin-right: auto; margin-bottom: 26px; margin-left: auto; overflow-wrap: break-word; color: rgb(34, 34, 34); font-family: Oxygen; font-size: 17px; background-color: rgb(255, 255, 255);\"><span style=\"font-size:12px;\"><span style=\"font-family:verdana,geneva,sans-serif;\">Selman se\u00f1al\u00f3 que cuando hicieron el an\u00e1lisis vieron que habr\u00eda unos US$10,500 millones para el a\u00f1o completo de requerimiento de deuda, monto que entiende sobrepasa por mucho las reservas internacionales que tiene el pa\u00eds.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"font-size:12px;\"><span style=\"font-family:verdana,geneva,sans-serif;\">A la fecha se han emitido m\u00e1s de US$6 mil millones.<\/span><\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"box-sizing: border-box; margin-right: auto; margin-bottom: 26px; margin-left: auto; overflow-wrap: break-word; color: rgb(34, 34, 34); font-family: Oxygen; font-size: 17px; background-color: rgb(255, 255, 255);\"><span style=\"font-size:12px;\"><span style=\"font-family:verdana,geneva,sans-serif;\">&ldquo;Esto va a dificultar la ejecuci\u00f3n presupuestaria del pr\u00f3ximo a\u00f1o porque va a haber que pagar mayores intereses. Si vemos la deuda p\u00fablica, sin haber emitido los US$4,200 millones, sobre pasa el 60% del producto interno bruto (PIB)&rdquo;, dijo Selman.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"box-sizing: border-box; margin-right: auto; margin-bottom: 26px; margin-left: auto; overflow-wrap: break-word; color: rgb(34, 34, 34); font-family: Oxygen; font-size: 17px; background-color: rgb(255, 255, 255);\"><span style=\"font-size:12px;\"><span style=\"font-family:verdana,geneva,sans-serif;\">Apunt\u00f3 que el d\u00e9ficit se ha incrementado de manera significativa, ya que en las proyecciones del presupuesto original de 2.2% del PIB, pasa en el presupuesto de junio a 5% y ahora llega sorprendentemente al 9.3%, algo que no tiene precedentes.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"box-sizing: border-box; margin-right: auto; margin-bottom: 26px; margin-left: auto; overflow-wrap: break-word; color: rgb(34, 34, 34); font-family: Oxygen; font-size: 17px; background-color: rgb(255, 255, 255);\"><span style=\"font-size:12px;\"><span style=\"font-family:verdana,geneva,sans-serif;\">&ldquo;En el 2012, cuando se habl\u00f3 del desgua\u00f1angue fiscal, el d\u00e9ficit fue de 7.1%, es decir, que se habla ahora de unos d\u00e9ficit muy importante&rdquo;, manifest\u00f3.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"box-sizing: border-box; margin-right: auto; margin-bottom: 26px; margin-left: auto; overflow-wrap: break-word; color: rgb(34, 34, 34); font-family: Oxygen; font-size: 17px; background-color: rgb(255, 255, 255);\"><span style=\"font-size:12px;\"><span style=\"font-family:verdana,geneva,sans-serif;\"><span style=\"box-sizing: border-box; font-weight: 700;\">Presi\u00f3n.&nbsp;<\/span>Dijo que el incremento en el pago de los intereses como porcentaje de los ingresos tributarios pondr\u00eda en presi\u00f3n al manejo de las finanzas p\u00fablicas en conjunto con el problema de ingresos tributarios que tiene el pa\u00eds.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p estructurales.&nbsp;<\/span>Ernesto Selman reiter\u00f3 que se requiere una serie de reformas estructurales para cambiar el modelo econ\u00f3mico, porque no se puede seguir administrando el mismo \/>&ldquo;Para nosotros los est\u00edmulos fiscales y monetarios en 12 meses pueden traer m\u00e1s problemas que los beneficios que podr\u00edan generar en el corto plazo&rdquo;, monetarias, poner liquidez a disposici\u00f3n y reducir las tasas de intereses, el cr\u00e9dito al sector privado se est\u00e1 disminuyendo.<br style=\"box-sizing: border-box;\" \/>&ldquo;Desde junio
