Rep\u00fablica Dominicana y Centroam\u00e9rica, del 28 de agosto al 03 de septiembre de 2022<\/h2>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">De acuerdo con la informaci\u00f3n sobre precios de combustibles al consumidor en Centroam\u00e9rica y Rep\u00fablica Dominicana vigentes en la semana del 28 de agosto al 03 de septiembre de 2022, Rep\u00fablica Dominicana aplica los impuestos m\u00e1s altos a los combustibles; superando el promedio en un 66.0% la gasolina premium, 59.6% la gasolina regular y 66.9% el gasoil optimo.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">En el periodo mostrado, los combustibles de El Salvador, Panam\u00e1 y Rep\u00fablica Dominicana ten\u00edan aplicado alg\u00fan tipo de subsidio. En el caso de El Salvador se trata de una suspensi\u00f3n del cobro de dos impuestos y la congelaci\u00f3n de precios; y en Panam\u00e1 y Rep\u00fablica Dominica es solo la congelaci\u00f3n de precios.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">La diferencia entre los impuestos y el subsidio por gal\u00f3n en Rep\u00fablica Dominicana fue de US$1.63 la gasolina premium, US$1.32 la gasolina regular y US$0.88 el gasoil optimo. De lo que se recaud\u00f3 por cada gal\u00f3n de gasolina premium, un 11.9% fue destinado a cubrir el subsidio; mientras que de gasolina regular y gasoil optimo fueron un 21.4% y un 22.8%, respectivamente.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Cabe destacar que el monto de impuestos a los combustibles de Rep\u00fablica Dominicana de acuerdo con el bolet\u00edn sobre precios al consumidor final de las gasolinas y di\u00e9sel en Centroam\u00e9rica elaborado por el Ministerio de\u00a0 Energ\u00eda y Minas de la Rep\u00fablica Dominicana y el Comit\u00e9 De Cooperaci\u00f3n De Hidrocarburos De Am\u00e9rica Central, est\u00e1 compuesto por: 1) el Impuesto Ad-valorem; 2) el Selectivo Espec\u00edfico; 3) el impuesto adicional de RD$2.00 para promover el desarrollo vial y la renovaci\u00f3n del parque vehicular de transporte p\u00fablico de pasajeros y de carga; y 4) la comisi\u00f3n de RD$1.50 para cubrir el costo de administraci\u00f3n de la ley tributaria de hidrocarburos componente del precio de paridad de importaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<div class=\"pvc_clear\"><\/div>\n<p class=\"pvc_stats all \" data-element-id=\"23838\" style=\"\"><i class=\"pvc-stats-icon
