style=\"text-align: justify;\">Si se divide el gasto p\u00fablico contemplado en el Proyecto de Ley de Presupuesto General del Estado 2023 entre cada ciudadano dominicano, esto ser\u00eda lo que le tocar\u00eda pagar a cada uno.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">El costo promedio por habitante del gasto del Gobierno Central presupuestado para el a\u00f1o 2023 ser\u00e1 equivalente a RD$116,474.7<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">El presupuesto de 2023 contempla incrementar el endeudamiento per c\u00e1pita en RD$19,374.9<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">En consecuencia, la deuda p\u00fablica* por habitante ascender\u00e1 a RD$277,041.7<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Los niveles de gasto p\u00fablico y el ritmo de endeudamiento del Estado dominicano ponen en evidencia la necesidad de establecer reglas fiscales que aseguren un manejo prudente y responsable de las finanzas p\u00fablicas.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align:
