El volumen de exportaciones representa, en la actualidad, m\u00e1s del 7% de todo el volumen exportado. Estas son las cifras del valor de las exportaciones registradas oficialmente. Pretenden proporcionar una idea de la magnitud del comercio formal que sale hacia el territorio vecino.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Las cifras mostradas no incluyen el intercambio de servicios. Quedan excluidos, por ejemplo, el transporte de autobuses, lo vuelos comerciales de pasajeros y carga, los ingresos por el poco turismo que permanece; y todos los dem\u00e1s flujos que por otros servicios se producen en un a\u00f1o hacia Hait\u00ed.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Las ganancias del comercio no se miden por las exportaciones, sino por las ganancias individuales del tr\u00e1fico bilateral de bienes. Ciudadanos dominicanos exportan productos cuyos costos valoran a un precio inferior al que los venden. En cambio, ciudadanos haitianos valoran los productos que compran de los dominicanos a un precio superior al que pagan. Ambos grupos de personas perciben que obtienen un beneficio. Esa es la esencia del intercambio humano de bienes. Ambas partes ganan en las transacciones. Incluyendo los dominicanos que importan bienes que les son vendidos por ciudadanos haitianos.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Sin esa din\u00e1mica, de ganancia mutua y de valoraciones subjetivas, no se produce intercambio y cohesi\u00f3n entre grupos humanos.
