De acuerdo con un an\u00e1lisis del Centro Regional de Estrategias Econ\u00f3micas Sostenibles (Crees) para una empresa que reporta beneficios, sus costos laborales no salariales m\u00ednimos van de 45.0% al 52.1% del salario anual. El C\u00f3digo de Trabajo establece que el empleador debe pagar un m\u00ednimo de 10% de sus ganancias a los trabajadores como beneficios.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Si la empresa se ve precisada a despedir a un empleado, el costo por trabajador alcanza un m\u00ednimo de 54.48% del salario anual, para trabajadores con al menos un a\u00f1o de labor. Como el costo de cesant\u00eda se acumula en el tiempo, una persona empleada por 20 a\u00f1os podr\u00eda representar un costo de 222.8%.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u201cComo dijo Isaiah Berlin, no todas las cosas son compatibles, y menos los ideales de la humanidad. Por tanto, querer beneficiar a los empleados por encima de su aporte a los procesos productivos crea desigualdades e ineficiencias\u201d, dice el Crees. Indica que los m\u00e1s perjudicados son los empleados j\u00f3venes, con poca experiencia o formaci\u00f3n. \u201cEs dif\u00edcil contratarlos formalmente si no aportan a la productividad de la empresa, lo que exige en costos la legislaci\u00f3n. Una raz\u00f3n para que los niveles de informalidad sean altos en el pa\u00eds\u201d, agrega.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Seg\u00fan la entidad, los m\u00e1s favorecidos son los empleados m\u00e1s viejos en las empresas. Aunque no sean productivos, cuesta a las empresas poder sustituirlos por talento m\u00e1s productivo. Y agrega que el ideal se impone al bienestar.
