Sin embargo, el crecimiento del gasto p\u00fablico ha sido todav\u00eda mayor, con un aumento de 2,829%, o en valores absolutos, pasando de US$829.1 millones a US$24,283.6 millones, en el mismo periodo, es decir, que el gasto p\u00fablico es 29 veces mayor.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Durante la d\u00e9cada de los a\u00f1os 1990, los niveles de gasto e ingreso se mantuvieron relativamente equilibrados. Sin embargo, desde mediados de los 2000 el gasto se aceler\u00f3, y para 2008 ya superaba en m\u00e1s de US$1,500 millones a los ingresos. Desde entonces, la brecha solo se ha mantenido creciendo.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Este comportamiento evidencia que el problema fiscal del pa\u00eds no es una falta de ingresos, sino un patr\u00f3n de gasto cada vez mayor.
